Shipping Locations
- UAE: We deliver to all cities, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates.
Shipping Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available on select products for faster delivery. Please contact us for more details.
Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate: AED 18 per order across the UAE, inclusive of all handling fees.
- Free Delivery: May apply to promotional offers or bulk purchases. Check the product page for eligibility.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment's progress.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Open → Check → Pay: Customers can open and inspect their orders before payment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability of the recipient:
- We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order will be canceled.
