Return & Refund Policy

At Optifume, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can request an extra extension of up to 7 days during public holidays and Easter.
    • Items should be unused or slightly used, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items that have been damaged by the customer.
    • Products labeled as "Final Sale" or those purchased during special promotions (unless defective).
  3. Return Process:

    • Once approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps and arrange a pickup if required.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item.
  • Upon successful return and inspection of the item.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or product replacement.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the return conditions.


Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery Policy: For COD orders, please verify the product upon delivery using our Open → Check → Pay feature.
  • Optifume reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
